Aadyaa Regal is an online store selling women's ethnic wear including sarees, kurtis and festive collections. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products
All sarees and ethnic wear listed on our website are subject to availability. Product colours may slightly vary due to screen display settings. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Aadyaa Regal reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- You agree to pay the full amount including shipping charges

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.

5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

6. Shipping
All orders are shipped Pan-India within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective. Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product on WhatsApp. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.aadyaaregal.com including images, text, logos and designs are the property of Aadyaa Regal and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy
