Refund policy
At Aadyaa Regal, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. We want you to love what you wear.
No Returns — Exchange Only
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges are offered only in the following situations:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product, or size sent)
How to Raise an Exchange Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
- Share your order details and clear photos and video of the item showing the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement item.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be raised within 36 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after 36 hours will not be entertained
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items where the customer ordered the wrong size or colour
