Refund policy

At Aadyaa Regal, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. We want you to love what you wear.


No Returns — Exchange Only

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges are offered only in the following situations:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, or size sent)

How to Raise an Exchange Request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
  2. Share your order details and clear photos and video of the item showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement item.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Request must be raised within 36 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 36 hours will not be entertained
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items where the customer ordered the wrong size or colour
